Great ownership and awesome company to work for. I’ve been in this industry for 12 plus years and I can honestly say I’ve never worked for better people than the Scott’s and the general manager of these locations ( Jay). They truly will do anything to make their customers have the best experience and they definitely create life long customers, which is a rarity in this industry. Glad to be a part of this company and glad to be the center general manager of this great location in Yukon!
They did a really good job on my truck. There were a couple hiccups unrelated to their repair, but they fixed them and made it right free of charge. My truck now runs better than it ever has. And they were super friendly, Daniel was super helpful and even gave me his personal number and told me to call him anytime if I had concerns. They definitely earned all 5 stars.
Honest and communicated every step of the way!!! Our transmission went out and we were at another shop who quoted us 2 k more. Daniel offered to tow our truck for free to his location. Daniel was absolutely amazing !! Very honest and made sure we knew every option. Our truck was ready to go 3 days later! I would highly recommend Daniel and his team to service your vehicles for any mechanical concerns. Also he didn’t even charge us to check it out as other shops charge a diagnostic fee $100+. I brought my sister's 2006 malibu in for a diagnostic check after talking to Daniel over the phone about a small transmission leak & the engine light coming on the day before. We discuss the process of how to identify the problem, then the possible options & costs. My sister Donna Moss is a widow who gets very nervous about car repairs. I have somewhat a little bit more experience in understanding vehicle maintenance & wanted to help her make the best decision to get it fix. Unfortunately, but true, single women seem to be taken more advantage of when it comes to having car repairs done. Daniel & his tech gave me the confidence & knowledge, where then Donna & I could make a decision. We then had the car service. Thank God & AAMCO's excellent service. The engine light is no longer on & there is no longer a transmission leak. I believe Donna will now use your service for oil changes etc.& will recommend others to AAMCO. Also while the car was being service. Richard, the boss gave me a ride home.which He didn't have to. But what a super nice friendly gentlemen!
Daniel, helped us out on a Saturday afternoon, and was very willing and polite and courteous to us in our time of trouble. They went above and Beyond to service our truck !
