Only place that found the issue with my vehicle and fixed it. Plus gave me 12 months or 12K miles if any issues w/ the same problem, I can bring it back and they'll fix it, no charge.
2 weeks after purchasing my car, I had a check engine light come on. AAMCO was the 1st service center within network for my warranty. I called, got all the info I needed and dropped my car off. Mike was absolutely amazing in the customer service area!! He kept me updated on everything that was going on! Called me when parts came in, never got frustrated every time I called him for updates. He was always friendly and it’s people like that that make the process of this go so smoothly!! I would highly recommend using AAMCO!!

Car was serviced quickly for what needed to be repaired. I work nights, so I dropped it off after work and was able to pick it up in the same day before my next shift. The experience was pleasant. If more repairs are needed in the future, they have my business. Mike was great with walking me through the process. Thank you Mike the advisor and thank you Arturo, the technician who serviced my vehicle.
Warranty totally screwed me and Mike stepped in and offered so great insight and even got with the district manager to see ways to help make things better. Loved the service and my Impalas back on the road too so definitely happy about that!
